Guidelines
Community first, promotion with intention
A warm, simple agreement about how business promotion works across HER ERA.
HER ERA Collective is for connection
The Collective was built for genuine conversation — the honest questions, the wins, the encouragement on a hard week. When a space fills with repeated self-promotion, that connection quietly disappears. So we keep the group for community, and give business promotion a home of its own.
Promotion happens through the directory
If you'd like to promote your products or services to the HER ERA audience, the path is an approved HER ERA Business Directory listing. Your listing works for you around the clock — searchable, shareable, and visible to people actively looking for what you offer, rather than a post that scrolls away in an hour.
What we look for in a listing
- A women-owned business, submitted by someone authorized to represent it.
- Accurate business details, contact information, and links.
- A clear, honest description of what you offer — no misleading claims.
- Products and services that are legal, safe, and appropriate for our community.
- Respectful, professional conduct with community members who reach out.
Review, renewal, and removal
Every application is reviewed before publication, and inclusion is always subject to these guidelines. If something needs attention, we'll reach out first — our aim is to help you stay listed, not to catch you out. Listings may be paused or removed if guidelines aren't met or a subscription lapses.
A listing in the HER ERA Business Directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by HER ERA of any business, product, or service.
